Since opening its doors, JW Steakhouse has firmly established itself as a leading American Steakhouse on the Mayfair dining scene. Featuring hand-selected USDA and Creekstone cuts, a Park Lane garden terrace and an extraordinary Bourbon Bar, JW Steakhouse offers an exceptional experience with attention to craft and detail.


Showcasing a menu with a superior selection of steakhouse classics, sustainably sourced fresh seafood, delicious seasonal sides, and our legendary cheesecake, JW Steakhouse offers the perfect setting for a family feast with sharing menus or an intimate meal relishing a bottle of the finest Californian wine.

Please note, from 6th January until mid-March, the JW Steakhouse will be closed for renovation works, all day dining will be available in our Park Room restaurant.

  • Food Waste Policy

    Operating Responsibly

    At JW Steakhouse, we are committed to reducing and preventing our food waste by practicing the following initiatives: 

    Smart Technology: Using WINNOW- an AI-based tool, all food waste is weighed and identified when placed in the WINNOW bin. This allows our kitchen team to operate sustainably and cut food waste by revising portion sizes and reviewing food types for future purchases.

    Sharing is caring: Family style dishes are available to share and identifiable on our menu with ‘a leaf' symbol. Our dedicated team are also on hand to provide recommendations and guidance on portion sizes, minimising wastage. 

    Results on a plate: 75% of our customers are aware of our food waste policy and initiatives. This month, we have reduced the weight of food waste per person by 25.2%.
